Timorese Catholic University (UCT) is a private university that belongs to the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Dili, Timor-Leste.
The main objectives of UCT are teaching, scientific research and extension. In terms of teaching, the University will, eventually, carry out study programs leading to academic degrees of Bachelor, Master and Doctoral degrees, including certificates and diplomas of specialization as well as honorary degrees as provided by law. The realization of the above-mentioned study programs or courses may be done together with other accredited universities, Timorese or foreign based on formal agreements.
